Mark Hughes Hamric is CEO of TLH Ventures, Inc. dba Austin Appraisal Factory / Certified FHA/USDA Residential Real Estate Appraiser serving the Austin area since 2003 with a vision to provide the highest level of service to my clients.
Stephanie Dawn Frey is a Licensed Trainee Appraiser since 2012. She performs full appraisals, data analysis and adds tremendous value to our appraisal assignments. Stephanie is a trainee and is on track to receive her Certification early next year.
